Schedule Your Consultation:
Every graduation photography experience begins with a consultation. During our conversation, we’ll discuss your vision for the session, outfit ideas, preferred locations, pricing, and package options. Whether you’re celebrating your high school graduation or earning your college degree, we’ll create a plan that reflects your personality and accomplishments.
Secure Your Session Date:
After our consultation, you’ll receive a personalized booking link where you can select your preferred session date and time. Once your contract is signed and retainer is received, your graduation photography session is officially reserved.
Celebrate Your Achievement:
On session day, we’ll meet at your chosen location and create a variety of images that showcase your accomplishment and excitement for the future. From traditional cap-and-gown portraits to candid and creative images, I’ll guide you through the entire experience so you feel confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
View Your Gallery:
Within 48 hours of your graduation photography session, you’ll receive an online proofing gallery featuring your images. From there, you’ll be able to select your favorite photographs for professional retouching.
Receive Your Final Images:
Once you’ve selected your favorite images, professional edits will be completed and delivered within three business days. Your final gallery will be ready to download, share with family and friends, and celebrate this important milestone for years to come.
Graduation Session FAQs
When should I book my graduation photos?
It’s best to book 1–2 months before graduation to allow time for scheduling, editing, and using your photos for invitations, announcements, and social media.
Do you photograph on campus?
Absolutely! As a Greensboro graduation photographer, I will photograph on campus! I suggest selecting 2-3 memorable places on campus, to create a session unique to you
Should I include props in my graduation session?
Yes! Bring your cap and gown, since it’s included in every session. Including your stole, cords, and items that represent any school organizations are major! Also, bringing books or items that represent your future career or educational journey are welcome.
Can parents or friends join for a few photos?
Absolutely! This accomplishment is all about you, but I love the idea of celebrating with your friends and family. At the end of your session, let’s include your loved ones to create more memories.
How long does it take to receive my photos?
After your session, you will receive a full gallery within 2 business days. You will then select your favorite images to be retouched, which are typically returned within 3 business days.
